Hotel Reservation

Only the rooms pre-reserved can be assured. Please note that the principle of first come first serve will be used for different classes of hotel rooms. After the reservation is completed, it is, in general, unchangeable.

Note 1: According to the information from the local organizing committee, Intercontinental Hangzhou Hotel releases only a certain number of rooms which are provided with conference discount prices every several days. Once these rooms are all reserved, only the normal price rooms are shown on the reservation system. In this case, you are recommended to revisit the reservation system again one or two days later. Or you may fill the reservation form which can be downloaded from the reservation site and send it to: reservation@hangzhouic.com, and cc to: ccc2015_hotel@163.com，jiangaipeng@hdu.edu.cn, sales.allen@hangzhouic.com.

Note 2: It is found that the room prices indicated on the reservation system do not include service charge (about 15%). Only at the final stage of reservation, the　summarized charge is shown as "room price plus service charge". For example, if the room price is 478.26 CNY/night, then the summarized charge is 550 CNY/night.

It is located in Hangzhou CBD, surrounded by Hangzhou Citizen Center, Wave Cultural City, Hangzhou Grand Theatre, and other recreational centers. It’s 28km to Hangzhou International Airport (usually about 50 minutes, CNY 150 by taxi), 5km to West Lake and shopping center (about 20 minutes' drive). The transportation is very convenient by taking Metro Line 4 and alighting at Hangzhou Citizen Center Station.

Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou Qianjiang is a 4-Star hotel. It is located at the Hangzhou Qianjiang New CBD with 4 km distance to the Westlake and 26 km to Xiaoshan international airport (usually about 45 minutes, CNY 140 by taxi). The transportation is very convenient by taking Metro Line 4 and alighting at Chengxing Road Station.

➢ The check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out after 12:00 and before 18:00 will be charged by half-day room price. Check-out after 18:00 will be charged by whole day room price.

➢ The temperature at the end of July in Hangzhou is usually 30-35°C.
