Instructions for Presentation

A standard technical session lasts approximately 1.5 to 2.25 hours and consists of several 15-minute presentations, each with a 3-minute Q&A session. Please note the following guidelines.

1. Each presentation lasts 15 minutes, including a 3-minute Q&A session.

2. The times shown in the program are Japan Standard Time (JST, UTC+9).

3. All presenters are expected to attend the session during the assigned time slot.
If there is no presenter at the scheduled time and a pre-recorded presentation is not available, the presentation will be marked as a no show.
Pre-recorded presentations should only be considered for emergency situations, such as traffic accidents or hazardous weather conditions.

4. All presenters are requested to bring their own laptop computer to make your presentation.
The projector in the conference room can be connected via HDMI.
An HDMI cable is available for your use.
