Measurement technology is essential for the advancement of science and industry, and it serves as a fundamental technology that contributes to the safety and security of society.

The Measurement Division continues its efforts to promote the development, advancement, and dissemination of measurement technologies. In addition, it actively engages in specialized activities aimed at developing new measurement methods utilizing emerging technologies and pioneering new fields of measurement.
