SICE Society 5.0 Special Event
“Exhibition of Technologies constructing “super smart society” (Society 5.0)
Internet of Things (IoT) and Cyber-Physical Systems(CPS), that are technologies connected the cyberspace and physical objects, are creating new values for industrial fields. New values are possible to provide unprecedented business models and service solutions for the “super smart society” (Society 5.0). SICE Annual Conference is the largest platform gathering researchers investigating instrument, control and systems. The exhibition of SICE Annual Conference is the best opportunity to obtain/provide state-of-art information about advanced technologies to construct the future “super smart society”. The exhibition is also expected to bring together hundreds of researchers and engineers through meaningful dialogues while discovering fellow industry leaders’ advanced and innovative technologies.
SICE is the most excellent in the technical fields such as IoT, CPS, AI, big data, cloud computing, automatic driving, etc, that support Society 5.0. In Japan, there are a lot of global companies for the realization of Society 5.0 in cooperation with SICE, contributes to the development of these technologies.
The SICE Annual Conference Committee expects that a number of SICE2019 participants come to this event to have active discussions and to exchange much technical information through this event.

SICE WEEK in Hiroshima
SICE WEEK 2019 in Hiroshima is an open event to introduce SICE for the general public. This is a parallel event of SICE annual conference 2019 in Hiroshima. In SICE WEEK 2019, technologies constructing Society 5.0 (Super-smart society) will be exhibited.
SICE WEEK in Higashi-Hiroshima
SICE week 2019 in Higashi-Hiroshima will be held in Higashihiroshima city on Aug. 10. This event is for children to be interested in SICE related technologies. A programming robot class for primary school children and a rescue robot contest for junior high school students are planned. There is also an experience corner of control technology.
SICE Technical Visit
Technical visit is to visit industrial companies, research institutions or Government agencies to improve their knowledge in their fields by inspection and discussions about advanced technology.
